What is mediation?
Put simply, mediation is a voluntary process between two or more parties intended to resolve some disagreement or conflict by working with a trained third person who facilitates the parties towards a binding solution.
Mediation is a suitable means of resolving issues where there is a disagreement or ongoing discord between:
